矿用纯电动防爆车辆续驶里程提升技术研究

Research on driving range extension technology of mine flame-proof battery electric vehicle

  • 摘要: 为解决纯电动防爆车辆在煤矿井下实际运用时续驶里程不足的问题,通过分析纯电动防爆车辆的系统构型,研究了限制其续驶里程的主要影响因子。从降低车辆整备质量和提高系统工作效率2个方面,分别介绍了防爆圆筒薄壁蓄电池箱技术、空气弹簧悬架技术、新型多功能驱动桥技术及节能液压制动技术的特点及使用效果。上述技术在车辆设计中的实际应用使纯电动防爆车辆成本降低约9万元的同时,实现其续驶里程平均提升15%,有效推动了纯电动车型在煤矿生产中的推广应用,顺应了绿色矿山的发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: In order to resolve the driving range shortage of flame-proof battery electric vehicle which used in coal mine production,the key factors influenced the driving range were inferred through the analysis of its system configuration.Meanwhile,from two aspects of reducing quality of vehicle equipment and improving system efficiency,the characteristics and application effects of explosion-proof cylinder thin-walled battery box technology, air spring suspension technology, new multi-functional driving axle technology and energy-saving hydraulic braking technology are introduced respectively.All the technologies have been used in the design and production of flame-proof battery electric vehicle,which led to the cost reduction for about 90 thousand yuan and the driving range extension for 15%.The application of these technologies effectively promoted the usage of FPBEV in the mine auxiliary transportation.
