松软煤层筛管护孔瓦斯抽采技术与装备

  • 摘要: 针对松软煤层顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔成孔难、抽采距离短、抽采效果较低等问题,介绍了松软煤层筛管护孔瓦斯抽采技术与装备及施工工艺,通过在丁集煤矿的工业性试验,解决了筛管护孔下入深度与钻孔深度相接近的技术难题,实现了高负压、高浓度、大流量高效抽采,提高了采煤工作面瓦斯预抽消突效果,采煤工作面煤体瓦斯抽采达标时间缩短28%,瓦斯抽采体积分数可提高10%~20%。

     

    Abstract: According to difficult drilling of the gas drainage borehole along in soft seam,the short gas drainage distance,low gas drainage effect and other problem s,the paper introduced the gas drainage technology with the screen pipe protected borehole,the gas drainage equipment and construction technique in soft seam.With t he industrial trial in Dingji Mine,the technical problems of the screen pipe protected borehole down to the depth closed to the borehole depth were solved.A high load pr essure,high gas concentration,high flow and high efficient gas drainage was realized.The gas pre-drainage and outburst control effect of the coal mining face were impr oved.The gas drainage scheduled time in coal mining face was reduced by 28%,the volume fraction of the gas drainage could be improved by 10%20%.
