  • 摘要: 针对煤矿被动隔爆设施在防范瓦斯/煤尘爆炸事故上的不足,引进了HS煤矿主动抑爆系统,该系统具备智能化准确识别信号、毫秒级超高速触发启动、适时监控式全自动抑爆、程式化工作状态自检等技术特性,可实现主动抑爆。该项技术与传统防范瓦斯/煤尘爆炸事故技术互补,由被动防护提升到主动防护,可实现有效的受灾控制,现阶段该抑爆系统主要适用于矿井高危点位的近距离抑爆安全防护。

     

    Abstract: According to shortages of the mine passive flameproof installation in the prevention and control of the mine gas/coal dust explosion accidents occurred, a mine active explosion suppression system was researched and developed.The HS mine active explosion system with an intelligent and accurate distinguishment of si gnal, millisecond ultra high speed triggering and priming, timely monitoring and control type full automatic explosion suppression, programmed working status self detec tion and other technical features, could realize an active explosion suppression.The technology could be relatively complemented with the traditional gas/coal dust expl osion accident prevention technology, could upgrad from the passive prevention to the active prevention and could realize an effective disaster control.A safety protecti on could be established at the front line of the production.At the present stage, the HS mine active explosion suppression system would be mainly applied to the explosi on suppression safety protection with close distance to the mine high danger location.
