煤层气井组产能差异的影响因素评价

Evaluation on factors to influence production capacity differences of coalbed methane well group

  • 摘要: 为揭示影响煤层气井组产能差异的因素,基于沁水盆地南部某典型煤层气井组的产气产水特征,探讨平均产水量、初见气时间、初见气井底流压以及初见气累产水量等4项排采表征参数的差异性及其与产气量之间的关系,并采用灰色关联分析法,定量评价各参数对产能控制的重要性。结果表明:平均产水量、初见气时间和初见气累产水量与气井产能具有很好的负相关性,而初见气井底流压则与气井产能具有正相关性。其中,初见气井底流压对气井产能的影响最大,分析认为其值反映井控煤层气资源量及含气饱和性。此外,外来水体补给是造成气井初见气时间长、平均产水量大、初见气累产水量大、产能低的根本原因。

     

    Abstract: In order to reveal the factors to influence the productivity difference of the coalbed methane well group, based on the gas production and water productio n features of a typical coalbed methane well group in the south part of Qinshui Basin, the paper discussed the difference of the four gas drainage feature parameters, in cluding the average water production, initial gas production time, initial gas pressure at the well bottom and accumulated water production at the initial gas production a nd the relationship between the difference and the gas production. The gray correlation analysis method was applied to quantitatively evaluate the importance of each p arameter to the productivity control. The results showed that the average water production value, initial gas time and accumulated water production value when initial g as occurred would have a good negative correlation with the gas well productivity and the initial gas pressure at the well bottom would have a positive correlation with t he gas well productivity. Among them, the gas pressure at the initial gas well bottom would be the max influence to the gas well productivity and analysis held that the V alue could reflect the well control coal bed methane resources volume and the gas saturation. In addition, the extraneous water refilling was the basic reason to cause t he long initial gas time of the gas well, high average water production, high accumulated water production when the initial gas producted and low productivity.
