煤矿井下防爆纯电动车关键技术研究

Key Technology Research for Mine Explosion-Proof Pure Electric Vehicle

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下防爆纯电动车具有零排放、使用时不消耗井下氧气、运行时噪声小、能耗低等优点,根据井下防爆纯电动车的设计要求,将WC20R(B)型柴油机动力无轨胶轮车改装设计为WRXD50型井下防爆纯电动车,介绍了WRXD50型井下防爆纯电动车的整车设计、电驱动系统参数匹配、电气设计、电池箱及高低压配电箱安全防爆设计等内容,最后对今后井下防爆纯电动车的技术发展方向提出建议。

     

    Abstract: The mine explosion- proof pure electric vehicle had many advantages, such as zero emissions, not consuming oxygen, low noise and low energy consu mption, so it would improve the environment in the mine a lot. The paper studied design requirements of mine explosion- proof pure electric vehicle, and WRXD50 type of mine explosion- proof pure electric vehicle was refitted from the WC20R ( B) type of diesel mine trackless vehicle, then introduced WRXD50 type of mine explosion- proof pure electric vehicle with whole vehicle design, electric drive system parameter matching, electrical design, battery and electric distribution box explosion- proof d esign. At last, the paper put forward advice about future trends of mine explosion- proof pure electric vehicle technology.
