块煤干馏技术研究进展与发展趋势

Research progress and developing trend of lump coal dry distillation technology

  • 摘要: 为给低阶煤分级利用技术提供理论指导,深入分析了外热式和内热式块煤干馏技术的研究进展,总结了不同干馏工艺的优缺点及工业应用现状。外热式块煤干馏技术投资高,热效率低,加热不均匀,挥发产物的二次分解严重,焦油产率低,处于研究阶段;多段回转炉热解工艺(MRF)和无热载体蓄热式旋转床干馏工艺是外热式块煤干馏技术的典型代表。内热式块煤干馏技术具有热效率高、加热均匀、结构简单等优点,工业化的块煤内热式干馏工艺主要有鲁奇三段炉、以SJ型低温热解炉为代表的SJ热解技术等,处于工业示范或研究阶段的块煤内热式干馏工艺主要有大唐华银LCC技术、柯林斯达带式炉低温干馏技术等。最后指出新型块煤干馏反应器设计、低温富氧干馏技术开发、干熄焦技术及关键设备研究、粉煤成型技术、块煤干馏过程基础研究、热解气高效除尘技术及关键设备研究、能效提升与水回收利用技术开发等是今后块煤干馏技术研究的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: In order to provide theoretical guidance for the utilization of low rank coal,the paper analyzes the research progress of external heating type and internal heating type lump coal dry ditillation technology,.summarizes the process advantages and disadvantages industrial application status of different ditllation process. The external heating type lump coal dry ditillation technology has high investment.low thermal effriency.uneven heating,serious secondary decomposition of volatile products low tar yield,which istil in the research stage,the Multistage Rotary Furnace( MRF) pyrolysis process and regenerative rotating bed without heat carrier ditilation process are typical epresentative of external heating type lump coal dry distiation technology.The iternal heating type lump coal dry ditllation technology has the advantages of igh thermalefficiency,uniform heating,simple structure,internal heating type lump eoal dry distilaion technology which is industialized mainly have Lurgi hree section furnace and SJ low-temperature pyrolysis furnace,internal heating type lump coal dry distillation technology which is in industrial demonstration or research stage mainly have LCC technology and belt type furnace low-temperature caroonization fechnology. Finallyitis pointed out that new type lump cal dry ditillation reactor design,1ow temperature oxygen-enriched carbonization technology development, coke dry quenching technology and key equipment research,pulverized coal forming technologyfundamental research of lump coal dry distilation process,pyrolysis gashigh efficiency dust removal technology and key equipment research,energy efficiency improvement and water recycling utilization technology development are developing direction of lump coal dry distillation technology in the future.
