  • 摘要: 针对煤电极式堆煤传感器与矿用输送带控制器相距较远的特殊工况,仅采用敷设控制电缆的方式则可能会因电缆过长带来通信不稳定、电压衰减等问题,因此根据煤电极式堆煤传感器的工作原理,利用煤电极式堆煤传感器依靠具有导体特性的大地构成回路实现堆煤保护,将堆煤传感器安放到距离煤仓1 700 m处,实现了堆煤传感器的远距离使用。济宁三号煤矿应用此方案实现了带式输送机远距离堆煤保护。

     

    Abstract: According to the special performances of a long distance between the coal electrode type coal pile sensor and the controller of the mine belt conveyor, T he laid control cable mode could have an unstable communication, a voltage attenuation and other problems due to the overlong cable According to the working principl e of the coal electrode type coal pile sensor, relying on the geotectonic loop with the conductor features, the coal electrode type coal pile sensor could be applied to rea lize the protection of the coal pile.When the sensor set in a coal pile with a distance of 1 700 m, a long distance application of the coal pile sensor could be conducted.A long distance coal pile protection of the belt conveyor was well realized with the application of the plan in Jining No.3 Mine.
