矿用输送带接头伸长量计算及故障检测方法

Fault detection method and joint elongation calculating for coal mining conveyor belt

  • 摘要: 针对矿用输送带接头伸长故障检测准确性差的问题,提出了基于条件Y差分算法的矿用输送带接头伸长量计算及故障检测方法。利用采集得到的矿用输送带X光图像,采用该方法计算出每个钢丝绳芯搭接空档的伸长量,并对山西晋城煤业集团王台矿某条钢丝绳芯输送带进行检测试验。结果表明,每个钢丝绳芯搭接空控伸长量的计算结合接头整体伸长量的计算,实现了对接头伸长故障的综合检测和判断,可用于矿用输送带的安全防护及接头伸长故障的准确定位。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the poor accuracy for the joint elongation fault detection,a method for coal mining conveyor beltijoint elongation calculating a nd fault detecting based on conditions Y difference was proposed. Using the conveyor belt X-ray images,theimage processing technology based on the conditions Y differe ntial algorithm was put forward to calculate the each docking slot elongationof the steel cord. One steel cord conveyor belt of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group Wangtai Mi ne was tested,and the results showed thatthe method combining with the overall joint elongation calculating realized the integrated detection and judgment for the joint elo ngationfault and could be used for the coal mining conveyor belt safety protection and fault positioning accurately.
