近距离突出危险煤层群上保护层开采可行性分析

Analysis on feasibility of upper protective layers mining in contiguous seams with coal and gas outburst hazard

  • 摘要: 为解决沙曲煤矿近距离突出危险煤层群开采瓦斯防治的难题,基于理论法分析、数值模拟及现场实测方法,分析22201工作面作为保护层开采的可行性。结果表明:2号煤层作为保护层开采,采动影响下底板破坏深度可达26~28 m,大于3+4号和5号煤层同2号煤层之间的最大垂直距离,两层煤均处于上煤层开采保护范围内;3+4号、5号煤层垂直应力最小可分别降至0.5、1.0 MPa,并表现出较高的瓦斯卸压程度。2号煤层开采时,有效抽采范围内被保护煤层渗透率明显升高,最大值可达5.2×10-3μm2;最后对2号煤层回采过程中,底板穿层抽采钻孔中的瓦斯浓度进行了实测,结果表明瓦斯体积分数最大值可达80%,抽采效果良好。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the gas prevention of short outstanding risk for coal seams mining in Shaqu Coal Mine,this paper took theoretical analysis,numerical simul ation and field observation to analysis the possibility of the 22201 working face as the protective layer mining.The results showed that while it was a protective layer mining for No. 2 coal seam,the depth of destroyed floor would be 26 ~ 28 m,which was greater than the vertical dimension between No. 3 + 4 and No. 5 coal seam. This meant tha tNo.3 + 4 and No. 5 coal mine would be in protective layer while No. 2 coal seam was mining. The No. 3 + 4 and No.5 coal seam would decreased to be 0. 5 MPa and 1. 0 MPa while No.2 coal seam was mining. The permeability under protected coal seam in effective pumping mining range increased significantly while No. 2coal seam was mining and made the maximum 5. 2 x 10- 3μm2. At last,this paper test the gas concentration of pumping mining drilling in puncture layer floor,the results showed that the maximum of gas concentration would reach 80% and made the results better.
