30000kN液压支架试验台自动调高液压系统设计

Design on Hydraulic Power System of Automatic Height Adjustment in 30 000 kN Hydraulic Powered Support Test Rig

  • 摘要: 为改变目前试验台调高完全依赖眼看手动的落后状况,设计一套自动调高液压系统,用于强力液压支架试验台。该系统采用高精度齿轮分流马达为4根调高油缸匹配流量,并配以旁路节流调速方式实现自动调高。调高过程中,通过位移传感器实时反馈4根油缸之间的高度偏差,当高度偏差达到设定值时,及时控制相对应旁路节流调速,杜绝试验台的升降平台出现卡死的情形。通过现场实际应用表明,该系统可实现强力液压支架试验台的自动调高,调高速度控制在5~10 mm/s,最终调高对孔精度达1 mm。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the backward status of hand operation for the height adjustment of the present hydraulic powered support test rig, a completed set a utomatic height adjustment hydraulic system was designed for the powerful hydraulic powered support test rig.A high accurate gear difluence motor of the system was applied to provide the matched flow for the four height adjustment cylinders and the bypass throttle adjustment mode could be applied to the automatic height adjustme nt.During the height adjustment, the displacement sensor could be applied to timely feed back the height difference between the four cylinders.When the height differen ce reached at the set value, the relative bypass throttle adjustment could be timely controlled to eliminate the lifting platform jammed occurred.The site actual applicatio n showed that the system would have an automatic lifting function of the powerful hydraulic powered support test ring.The height adjustment speed could be controlled at 510 mm/s and the final aligning accuracy to the borehole could be 1 mm.
