瓦斯抽采顺煤层超长距定向孔钻进关键技术

Key technology of drilling with ultra-long-distance directional hole for gas drainage along coal seam

  • 摘要: 针对现有煤矿井下定向钻进技术与装备在钻进3 000 m以上顺煤层超长距定向孔中存在的不足,提出采用ZDY15000LD大功率定向钻机和BLY460高压泥浆泵车提高装备钻进能力,通过优化钻进系统冲洗液管路和研制大通孔钻具以降低冲洗液水路压耗,合理设置泥浆脉冲无线随钻测量系统运行参数以提高超长孔工况下信号传输稳定性,利用井下冲洗液净化循环系统实现定向钻进冲洗液循环利用。创新开发了滑动钻进减阻技术、复合钻进倾角控制技术和复合钻进侧钻分支技术等超长定向孔钻进关键技术。结合神东煤炭集团保德煤矿大盘区煤层瓦斯大区域超前治理需要开展3 000 m以上顺煤层超长距定向孔钻进的工程实践,创造了主孔深度3 353 m的顺煤层超长贯通定向钻孔深度记录,实践结果表明:超长距定向孔钻进装备系统有效提高了煤矿井下深孔钻进能力,降低了钻进过程中泥浆泵压力,实现了超长孔工况下信号稳定传输,减少了定向钻进时清水用量和污水排放量;开发的超长距定向孔钻进关键技术降低了滑动定向钻进阻力,提高了滑动定向钻进深度、钻进效率和复合钻进应用比例,解决了超长孔内侧钻分支孔的难题。

     

    Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of existing coal mine underground directional drilling technology and equipment for ultra-long-distance directional hole above 3 000 m along coal seam,it is proposed to use ZDY15000 LD high-power directional drilling rig and BLY460 high-pressure mud pump truck to improve the drilling capaci ty of equipment,reduce the pressure consumption of flushing fluid by optimizing the flushing fluid pipeline of drilling system and developing drilling tools with large hole,r easonably set the operation parameters of mud pulse wireless MWD measurement system to improve the signal transmission stability under ultra-long-distance hole co ndition,and to achieve the flushing fluid of directional drilling by using underground flushing fluid purification and circulation system recycling. At the same time,it has in novatively developed key technologies for ultra-long-distance directional hole drilling such as sliding drilling drag reduction technology,compound drilling inclination cont rol technology and compound drilling sidetracking branch technology. Combined with the need of advanced control of coal seam gas in large area of Baode Coal Mine 0 f Shendong Coal Group,the practice of ultra-long distance directional drilling along the coal seam with a depth of 3 000 m or more was carried out,and an ultra-long-dist ance directional drilling along the coal seam with a main hole depth of 3 353 m was created. The practice results show that: the ultra-long-distance directional drilling e quipment system has effectively improved the deep hole drilling capacity of coal mines,reduced the mud pump pressure during drilling,realized the stable transmission of measurement signal under the condition of ultra-long-distance hole,reduced the amount of clean water and sewage discharge during directional drilling; the develope d key technologyof ultra-long-distance directional hole dillingreduced the resistance of sliding directional dilling,improved the depth of sliding directional dilligndrillig efficiency and the application proportion of compound dilling,and solved the problem of dilling branch hole inside the super long hole.
