液压支架液压缸密封件密封性能评价技术研究

Study on Sealing Performance Evaluation Technology of Sealing Element for Hydraulic Cylinder of Hydraulic Powered Support

  • 摘要: 从密封件的密封机理出发,基于三维影像测量仪建立了密封件的几何尺寸测量系统,对蕾形密封件进行几何尺寸测量,验证该检测方法的准确性和重复性;同时以密封件的密封性能试验为基础,结合有限元仿真分析几种典型密封件进行理论研究,得出相应结论。结合上述的几何尺寸测量手段、密封性能试验以及相应的理论分析,建立了液压支架液压缸密封件密封性能评价系统,从而有效地提高液压支架的密封质量,减少立柱千斤顶的泄漏。

     

    Abstract: From the sealing mechanism of the sealing element, a geometric dimension measuring system of the seal was established based on a 3D image measuri ng instrument. The geometric dimension measurement was conducted on the bud-shaped sealing element.The accuracy and repeatability of the inspection method was verified.Meanwhile based on the sealing performance test of sealing element, the finite element simulation was applied to analyze the theoretical study on several typic al sealing elements and the relative conclusion was obtained.In combination with the above geometric dimension measuring means, sealing performances test and the「 elative theoretical analysis, a sealing performance evaluation system of the sealing element was set up for the sealing element of the hydraulic cylinder applied to the h ydraulic powered support and thus the sealing quality of the hydraulic powered support could be effectively improved and the hydraulic leakage of the hydraulic jack co uld be reduced.
