Abstract:
The valve-controlled hydraulic coupling based on the hydraulic transmission principle can effectively solve the problems of soft start,overload protection and load balancing of the scraper conveyor,and has the advantages of simple structure,reliable performance,low input and maintenance cost,so it’s currently one of the most widely used soft starters on the scraper.In order to fully understand the current state of the technology of valve-controlled fluid couplings for scraper conveyors and predict their future development trends,the technical status of valve-controlled fluid coupling from the aspects of coupling mainframe structure,hydraulic water supply control system,material and processing technology of impeller,and research status of cavity type were expounded,the main design and manufacture methods and product performance at home and abroad were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the localization of valve-controlled fluid coupling had made a great improvement,but the research and development ability of key components needed to be further improved.The future development direction of valve-controlled fluid couplings such as intelligent speed regulation and condition monitoring was pointed out.
