综采液压支架跟机自动化智能化控制系统研究

Study on automatic and intelligent following control system of hydraulic powered support in fully- mechanized coal mining face

  • 摘要: 针对综采工作面液压支架跟机自动化控制程序、参数的静态特性以及单一化,而不能很好地满足动态跟机自动化系统需求的问题,根据工作面多变的环境、设备、工艺等动态特性,从多因子、多维度设计了跟机自动化智能化控制系统,介绍了液压支架跟机自动化控制原理,分析了影响液压支架移架速度的多种因素,介绍了跟机控制与供液系统、设备工况、顶底板条件、采煤机速度、采煤工艺耦合控制策略,跟机控制联动能力平衡控制策略,跟机全局控制与补架等控制策略。跟机自动化智能化控制系统在黄陵一矿进行试验,结果表明,该系统的应用提高了液压支架跟机自动化智能化控制系统的智能化水平,增强了跟机自动化功能的自适应性,为无人化工作面的推广应用起到促进作用。

     

    Abstract: According to the automation following contral program, parameter static features and singleness of the hydraulic powered supports in the fully mechaniz ed coal mining face and to the problems of the dynamic automation following system not be well solved, beads on the varied environment, equipment, technique and dy namic features of the coal mining face and the automation and intelligent following control system was designed from the multi- factor and multi dimensions. The paper i ntroduced the automation following control principle of the powered support, analyzed the several factors affected to the moving speed of the powered support and intro duced the following control and hydraulic supply system, equipment performances, roof and floor conditions, speed of the coal shearer, coal mining technique coupling control strategies, balanced control strategies of the following control link capacity, overall following control and additional powered support added, and other control str ategy. The automation and intelligent following control system was tested in Huangling No. 1 Mine. The results showed that the application of system could improve the intelligent level of automation and intelligent following control system of hydraulic powered support and enhance the suitability of automation following function in order to provide promotion role to the promotion and application of the unmanned coal mining face.
