Research and application of four-in-one rock drift rapid excavation technology based on drilling and blasting method

  • 摘要: 为解决陈四楼煤矿突出升级后开拓工程滞后、采掘接替紧张的难题,分析了制约岩巷快速掘进的主要因素,提出了岩巷四位一体快速掘进技术体系。在矿井的六采区、九采区、二十采区进行实践,设计了采区矸石仓和采区下山共用排矸系统,建立了机械化打眼和连续出矸的岩巷作业线,提出了“工程设计科学到位、设备配套合理到位、支护技术应用到位、工艺组织高效到位、安全施工保障体系”的四位一体快速掘进技术体系。实践表明,该技术体系实现了机械化打眼、连续出矸、安全高效组织,矿井6个岩巷掘进工作面,月单进尺均在200 m以上,显著提高了岩巷掘进速度。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of develop engineering lag and mining succeed insufficient on Chensilou coal mine after upgrading to coal and gas outburst coal mine, the paper analyzed the main factors which restricted the rapid excavation of rock roadway, and put forward the four-in-one rapid excavation technology syste m. Taking the No.6 mining area, No.9 mining area and No.20 mining areas as practice sites, the mining gangue and the mining area were designed to separate the gan gue system, and set up the rock tunnel line of mechanical drilling and continuous gangue, put forward four-in-one rapid excavation technology system on scientific engi neering design, reasonable equipment cooperation, reasonable support technology application, efficiency technology organization, safety construction guarantee syste m.The practices showed that the technical system realized safety and efficient organization with the mechanical drilling and continuous gangue.The six rock roadway he ading faces which had more than 200 meters of tunneling footage per month, and significantly improved the speed of rock roadway heading.
