Fully-Mechanized Coal Mining Technology in Seam Under Complicated Condition in Huaibei Mining Area

  • 摘要: 针对淮北矿区煤层地质构造复杂导致开采难度大的特点,分析了极复杂条件下煤层开采所面临的主要问题,阐述了开采技术条件、采煤工艺及产能情况,采用工作面顶板类型分类、基本力学参数测定和设备选型等技术使矿区采煤机械化程度达到97%。通过归纳总结淮北矿区极复杂条件煤层的开采经验,为指导后续煤炭资源的安全高效开采提供了实践经验。

     

    Abstract: According to the high difficult mining features caused by the seam with complicated geological structures in Huaibei Mining Area, the paper analyzed the major problems faced by the coal mining in seam under ultra complicated conditions and stated the mining technology conditions, coal mining technique and production capacity condition.With the type classification of the mining face roof, measurements of the basic mechanics parameters, equipment selection and other technology, the coal mining mechanization degree in the mining area reached 97%.The paper summarized the mining experiences of the seam with complicated conditions in Huaibei M ining Area, which could provide the practical experiences to guide the safety and high efficient mining of coal resources.
