Research and development and application of roof separation indicator based on optical fiber and grating sensing technology

  • 摘要: 为了及时准确地发现顶板离层信息,并采取相应的措施预防巷道冒顶,必须对顶板离层量进行实时监测,根据光纤光栅传感原理研制了新型光纤光栅顶板离层仪,并在实验室对该顶板离层仪进行标定试验。试验与理论及应用分析结果表明:该光纤光栅顶板离层仪组成的全光纤顶板离层在线监测系统,具有测量精度高、长期稳定性好、信号传输距离远以及本质安全等优点,给顶板离层的长期在线监测提供了一种行之有效的手段。

     

    Abstract: In order to timely and accurately find the roof separation information and relevant measures,it should be taken to prevent the roof falling occurred in the min e roadway,thus a real time monitoring should be conducted on the roof separation value. According to the optical fiber and grating sensing principle,a new type optical fiber and grating roof separation indicator was researched and developed. A calibration test was conducted on the roof separation indicator in a lab. The test and theory as well as the application analysis results showed the full optical fiber roof separation on- line monitoring system composed with the optical fiber and grating roof separation indica tors could have high measuring accuracy,good long term stabiity,long distance signal transmission,intrinsic safety and other advantages and would provide an effective me ans to the long term on- line monitoring of the roof separation.
