复合顶板大断面开切眼锚网索支护技术研究

Study on bolt-mesh-anchor support technology of open-off cut with compound roof and large cross section

  • 摘要: 为解决复合顶板大断面开切眼支护难题,根据王家岭煤矿20106工作面大断面开切眼的地质条件,通过物理模拟试验分析了复合顶板大断面开切眼围岩变形破坏特征,结果表明:大断面复合顶板开切眼顶底角及顶板易变形破坏,开切眼扩帮期间围岩变形破坏明显超过掘巷期间围岩变形,提出了具有针对性的围岩控制对策,确定工作面开切眼采用"二次成巷+锚网索+单体液压支柱"联合支护方式,现场工程实践结果显示,开切眼最大离层量为9 mm,最大断面收缩率为6.6%,支护方案较好地控制了大断面开切眼的围岩变形。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the support problem of open-off cut with compound roof and large cross section, based on the geological conditions of No.20106 working face of Wangjialing Coal Mine, physical simulation was carried out to analyse the failure characteristics of surrounding rocks. Results showed that the corner and roof of open-off cut were easy to deform and destroy.The deformation and damage of surrounding rock during the second excavation were obviously higher than that during the first excavation. The counter measures for surrounding rock were pointed out. It was determined that the combined support of tunneling in twice+bolt-mesh-anchor+hydraulic pillar should be adopted in the open-off cut.The results of field obserbation showed that the maximum separation of open-off cut was 9 mm and the maximum section shrinkage was 6.6%.The support scheme effectively controlled the deformation of surrounding rock of open-off cut with large section.
