基于刨煤机单刨刀截割试验的截割阻力模型研究

Study on cutting resistance model of single plow cutter test based on coal plough

  • 摘要: 根据刨煤机刨刀截割煤岩阻力谱以及截割机理,辨识出刨头破碎煤岩的所受截割阻力,提出了基于单刨刀截割阻力、刨刀截割规律及运行参数来确定刨头瞬时截割阻力方法,建立刨头截割阻力试验-理论综合模型,给出了截割阻力模型算法。结果表明:当煤岩阻抗为225 N/cm、崩落角为30°、刨刀数量为14把时,刨头上的刨削阻力达到最大96.86 k N,变差系数达到最小0.509 53,载荷波动较小,有利于刨头刨削煤体,理论分析与试验结果基本吻合,截割阻力的特征和量值均有很好的复合度,单刨刀截割试验可反映出煤岩破碎的内在规律。

     

    Abstract: According to the res stance spectrumn of coal and rock cuting resistance spectrum with the cuters of the coal plough as well as the cuting mechanism,the cuttingres sanceof the plough head breaking the coal and rock was dentifed. Based on thecuting resistance of a single plough cutte,the cutting law of the ploughcuter and operation parameters prowided,the instantaneous cuting resistance method of the plough head was detemined,the cuttig es itance test and theoretical compreh ensive model of the plough head was esablis ed and the agorithm of th cuting resistance model was provided.The resuis showed that when the impendenceof the coal and rock was 225 N / cm,the caving angle was 30° and the number of the plough cutters was 14,the ploughing resistance of the plough head would reach96.86 k N in max and the variation coeficient would be 0.509 53 in min.Aload fuctuation would be less and would be favorablefor th plough head to plough thecal Tne theoretical analysis and the testresults wer fited bascall: The cuting resistance features and value all .ould have a god compostion and the test of single plough cutter could reflect the internal law of the coal and rock breaking.
