近距离突出煤层群无煤柱开采及立体抽采技术

Three Dimensional Gas Drainage Technology of Pillarless Coal Mining in Contiguous Outburst Seams Group

  • 摘要: 为解决沙曲矿在近距离突出煤层群开采过程中瓦斯超限的问题,采用理论分析、实验室和现场试验等手段分析了首采工作面瓦斯涌出量大、大采高沿空留巷困难、抽采难以达标等问题,提出了近距离突出煤层群无煤柱开采瓦斯立体抽采技术和大采高沿空留巷关键技术。结果表明:该技术实现了4.2 m大采高工作面沿空留巷,沿空留巷断面收缩率控制在34%以下,保证断面尺寸大于8.0m2,以满足矿井通风与瓦斯治理的需求;工作面瓦斯抽采率达71.2%,煤炭采出率提高了13%。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the gas content over the limit and other problems occurred in the contiguous outbursts seams group of Shaqu Mine ,the theoretical analy sis,ab experiment,site experiment and other means were applied to analyze the high gas emission value from the first coal mining face,the difficulty of the gob-side entr y retaining of the high cutting coal mining face,the gas drainage was hard to reach the target and other problems. The paper provided the three dimensional gas drainag e technology of the pillarless mining in the contiguous outburst seams group and the key technology of the gob-side entry retaining of the high cutting coal mining. The r esults showed that the technology had realized the gob-side entry retaining of the 4.2 m high cutting coal mining face. The convergence of the gob-side entry retaining was controlled below 34% and the cross section of the gateway was ensured over 8.0 m2in order to meet the requirements of the mine ventilation and the gas control. The gas drainage rate of the coal mining face reached at 71.2% and the coal mining rate was improved by 13%.
