镜质组反射率指导优化配煤炼焦方案的研究

摘要: 为了提高焦炭质量,特别是焦炭反应性CRI和反应后强度CSR,从镜质组反射率角度研究了优化配煤炼焦的影响因素。通过对8种炼焦煤种的煤质分析、单独炼焦和配煤炼焦的焦炭质量分析与评价,阐述了不同煤种在配煤炼焦中所起的作用。通过分析某企业原配煤方案存在的问题,基于煤岩配煤原理,选择镜质组最大反射率(Rmax)及镜质组反射率分布图2个因素作为指导优化配煤的指标参数,制定了6组优化配煤方案进行炼焦试验。结果表明,配合煤的Rmax与镜质组反射率分布是优化配煤方案的有效调控指标,优化配煤方案获得的粒焦CRI*降低1.95%,CSR*增加3.45%,焦炭热态强度明显提高。Abstract: in order to improve the quality of coke, especially the coke reactivity index( CRl )and cokestrength aftreacton( CSR),he infuencefactors of optimizng coal blending coking from the perspective of virinie refectance were researched. The properies of eight ins ofcoking coal was analysed.and coke qu lity were researched prepared by single coal and coal blending. The results showed that the effc of diffrent coal on the coal blending coking was difiecent.A.codingtothe pimoiple of coal petrography blending based on the analysis of the ssues of previous coal blending scheme in a certain enterprise,the maximun vitrinte refectance( Rmax)and virinite refiectance distribution fgures were selected to the guide of optinizatio of coal blending and the six optimum schemes were pu fowarcd.Tmhe resut showed that the blended coal's Rmaxand the refectance distrbuton figures were twv fectiv adjustment parameters of optimizingthe coal b ending. Throughthe optimizton of coal blending scheme,pariculate coke's CRliwas decreased by 1.95% and CSR'was increased by 3.45%,the coke s thermal stength was greatly improved.
