Abstract:
With the adjustment of the national energy structure and the development of new energy technologies, the number of coal mine closures is increasing.Reasonable development and utilization of underground space resources in closed coal mine is of great significance in alleviating the shortage of urban land resources and the pressure of ecological environment.Using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method, combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, three types of factors including safety, sealing and stability, and eight indicators including gas concentration level, water inflow, groundwater corrosion, rock mass permeability, fault, rock mass quality classification, support mode and land subsidence are used to construct an evaluation system for the development and utilization of underground space resources in closed coal mines. The evaluation system was used to comprehensively evaluate the two closed coal mines. The evaluation results were consistent with the actual situation, indicating that the evaluation system was objective, scientific, and accurate.
