祁东煤矿7131工作面局部冒顶原因及机理分析

Analysis on Partial Roof Falling Causes and Mechanism of No.7131 Coal Mining Face in Qidong Mine

  • 摘要: 针对祁东煤矿7131工作面中上部出现大面积片帮、漏顶问题,通过现场实测和FLAC3D数值模拟软件研究了7131工作面局部冒顶的原因。结果表明:由于受到7130工作面侧向支承压力与6130工作面底板采动应力叠加的影响,7131工作面中上部区域顶板存有大面积实体煤岩柱,在煤岩柱下采掘会出现应力集中现象。在应力集中区下回采时,应力增高区只现于工作面上端而并非在整个应力集中区域。随着工作面向前推进,应力增高区范围缩小,应力峰值逐渐增大,应力分布向工作面上端发展,导致应力增高区范围的煤岩体发生塑性变形而破坏出现片帮漏顶。

     

    Abstract: According to the large area spalling and roof leakage problems occurred in the middle and up parts of No.7131 coal mining face in Qidong Mine, the site measurement and FLAC3D numerical simulation software were applied to study the causes of the partial roof falling occurred in No.7131 coal mining face.The results s howed that due to the overlying influences of the lateral support of No.7130 coal mining face and the floor mining stress of No.6130 coal mining face, the roof at the mid dle and upper region of No.7131 coal mining face would form large area solid coal and rock pillars and stress concentration phenomena occurred in the mining and exc avation activities under the solid coal and rock pillars.During the coal mining under the stress concentrated zone, the stress increased zone would be occurred in the up face end of the coal mining face and would not occurred under the whole stress concentrated zone.With the advancing forward of the coal mining face, the scope of the stress increased zone would be reduced and the stress peak would be steadily increased.The stress distribution would develop forward to the up end of the coal mining face.Thus the coal and rock mass in the stress increased zone would have the plastic deformation and the spalling and roof leakage occurred.
