基于模糊集合配煤方法预测焦炭性能

Prediction of coke properties based on fuzzy set coal blending

  • 摘要: 为提高焦炭性能预测的精确度进而达到科学配煤炼焦,基于阿莫索夫-夏皮洛煤岩分析提出模糊集合配煤方法,根据活性组分与惰性组分的归类,利用在不同镜质组反射率条件下的最佳活惰比图与煤的变质程度、惰性组分和镜质组反射率的相互关系图,定义了类强度指数集合PSI和类组分平衡指数集合PCBI,给出了从集合元素计算强度指数SI与组分平衡指数CBI的计算公式。研究结果表明:模糊集合配煤方法可以根据实测数据回归预测焦炭性能,根据55组数据回归结果,焦炭反应性CRI最大相对误差4.8%,平均相对误差1.6%。根据焦炭性能回归方程可做出不同强度指数SI与组分平衡指数CBI的等焦炭性能图,为预测焦炭性能提供了一种新方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to predict coke properties, then to blend coals for coking, based on Ammosov-Shapiro coal petrographic analytical method, the fuzzy set coal bl ending method was put forward. The classification of activity component and inert component has been used.Figures of 'Optimum ration of reactive to inert for each vitri noid type and'Relationship of rank index, Inert and vitrinoid type of coal'have been adopted. Sets of pseudo strength index PSI and pseudo component balance index P CBI have been created. The calculation formula of elements and the transformation from elements to strength index SI and component balance index CBI have been de fined. The study show that the linear additive characterization of coal macerals through PSI could be used to regress and predict the coke quality. According to the resul ts of 55 data regression, the maximum relative error of coke reactivity index CRI is 4.8%,the average relative error is 1.6%.The drawings of four iso-coke properties ha ve been attained. Both the regression equation and the drawing of iso-coke property can be used to predict the coke property.
