深部矿井冲击-突出复合动力灾害的特点及防治技术

Features of Dynamic Disasters Combined Rockburst and Gas Outburst in Deep Coal Mine and Its Preventive Measures

  • 摘要: 针对深部开采矿井受冲击地压和煤与瓦斯突出复合动力灾害威胁的问题,通过平煤十矿典型冲击地压诱导煤与瓦斯突出动力灾害案例,分析了复合动力灾害发生的特点和条件,认为煤岩体性质及瓦斯条件、应力条件、开采扰动条件等是发生复合动力灾害的必备要素。根据平顶山矿区现场试验结果,提出了预测复合动力灾害的3个敏感指标:钻屑量、钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度和瓦斯解吸量,给出了具体的测试和计算方法;并提出了治理复合动力灾害的区域和局部措施,主要包括开采保护层、瓦斯抽采、钻孔卸压等。

     

    Abstract: Coal mining in deep coal mine was threated by complex dynamic disaster combined rock burst and coal-gas outburst, taking the typical complex dynamic disaster in Pingdingshan No.10 Coal Mine as a study subject, the characteristics and conditions of complex dynamic disasters were analyzed.The coal rock mass prope rties and gas, stress condition and mining disturbance was the essential condition for complex dynamic disaster.According to the test results of Pingdingshan coal minin g area, three sensitive indexes of complex dynamic disaster were put forward, drilling cuttings weight, initial speed of gas emission from borehole and gas desorption C ontent, and the concrete calculation method was also given.Finally, the area and local measures to control complex dynamic disaster were achieved, such as exploiting the protective seam, gas drainage, pressure relief by drilling boreholes and so on.
