煤层气井抽采制度及配套工艺研究

Research on Drainage System and Complementary Technique for Coalbed Methane Well

  • 摘要: 针对煤层气井抽采制度不合理和抽采工艺不完善造成煤层气井生产周期短、产气量低、资料录取不准确的问题,通过对试验区45口煤层气井抽采工程实践,提出了五段制的工作制度,形成了防砂防气锁斜井泵抽采技术、电子压力计地面直读监测技术、捞砂泵捞砂配套工艺技术。结果表明:五段制的抽采制度保证了试验区煤层气井产气量稳步上升,日产气量超过16 000 m3,优化后的抽采技术使生产周期由224 d延长至353 d。

     

    Abstract: According to the problems of short-term production period and low production rate and inaccuracy production data which caused by unreasonable gas pr oduction program and imperfect gas production technique of coalbed methane wells,this paper explored a five-step system based on 45 wells project practice. Sand co ntrol and anti-airlock pump for discharge and production technology in deviation wells,as well as electronic pressure gauge recording directly technology in surface and supporting technology of balling with sand pump were established. The results showed that five-step system for production system increased the gas production step by step,and production rate were over 16 000 m3per day. Due to optimized producing technologies,production period was extended from 224 days to 353 days.
