动压巷道矿压显现规律及支护技术

  • 摘要: 基于煤柱应力监测、钻孔窥视观察等手段对成庄煤矿3号煤层巷道矿压显现规律进行了研究,结合数值模拟确定了在强动压影响下沿空留巷的护巷煤柱宽度。结果表明:采用高强度、高刚度、高预紧力锚杆锚索联合支护强烈动压巷道,巷道围岩破坏深度只有6 m,护巷煤柱宽由原来的40 m减小到30 m,而锚杆锚索受力均达到了破断力的40%以上,充分发挥了锚杆锚索的支护能力,并有效调动围岩的自承载能力,达到主动支护的目的。

     

    Abstract: Based on the stress monitoring and measuring of coal pillar, the sight hole investigation and other means, a study was conducted on the mine strata pre ssure behavior law of the mining gateway in No.3 seam of Chengzhuang Mine.In combination with the numerical simulation, the protective coal pillar width of the reappli ed gateway under the strong dynamic influences was set su.The results showed that with the high strength, high rigid and high pre-tensioned bolt and anchor combined support applied to the serious dynamic gateway, the surrounding rock failure depth of the gateway was only about 6 m, the width of the protective coal pillar was reduce d from previous 40 m to 30 m and the stressed force of the bolt and anchor all could reach over 40% of the broken force.Thus the support capacity of the bolt and anch or could be fully played.The loading capacity of the surrounding rock could be effectively played and the active support target could be reached.
