深部高地应力巷道组合锚索高压注浆技术研究

Study on high-pressure grouting technology with combined anchor and cable under high ground stress roadway

  • 摘要: 为了解决深部高地应力巷道普遍存在的变形严重、支护困难等问题,对深部高应力巷道围岩变形破坏特征及其影响因素进行了分析,探讨了高强锚注支护作用机理,对组合锚索注浆支护技术及配套施工工艺进行了研究,设计了组合锚索高压注浆技术方案及工艺参数,并设计了新型组合锚索注浆封孔装置。研究结果表明:组合锚索注浆分为封口注浆和封孔注浆2部分,一次注浆后孔口被固化,承受注浆压力明显增强,由原来的3 MPa增大到8 MPa,注浆压力提高后浆液扩散半径明显增大,浆液沿着岩层的裂隙扩散,增加了破碎岩层的黏聚力和围岩整体强度,在巷道周围形成了稳定的承压组合拱,提高了巷道的稳定性;通过对比分析,组合锚索注浆支护段的巷道围岩控制效果明显好于普通支护段,通过组合锚索注浆的应用,大幅增强了巷道围岩支护强度,巷道围岩变形较普通支护段减小50%以上,较好控制了巷道围岩变形。

     

    Abstract: In onler to solve the problems commonly existed in deep roarlway with serious deformation,and difficultsupport of surroundingrock , etc., the deformation and failure chanacteristis of deep high stress roatway sumounding rock and its influencing factors were ana-lyzedl, and the mechanism of high strength boling support was discussed , the combined anchor cable grouting support technology and sup-porting costruction technology were studied , the combinel anchor cable high-pressure grouting technology scheme and process parameterswere designedl, and a new type of combined anchor cable grouting sealing device was designed.T'he results show that: the grouting of thecombined anchor cable can be divided into two parts :sealing grouting and hole sealing grouting. After the fist grouting, the owrifice is solid-ified and the grouting presure is significantly increased from 3 MPa to 8 MPa.After the grout pressure is increasedl, the grout diflusion ra-dius is obviously increased , the grout spreads along the cacks of the rock layer,which increases the ceohesion of the fractured rock strata ,and improves the overall strength of suroundling rocks , and forms a stable pressurized composite arch around the roadway, which will im-prove the stability of the roadway.'Tlhrough comparison and analysis, the control efect of the roadway surroundling rock in the combined an-chor cable grouting support section is significantly better than that of the ordtinary support section.The supporting strength of surroundingrock of roadway is greatly strengthened,and the integrity of surounding rock is improvel , the surounding rock of roadway defomation isredluced by more than 50% compared with the ordinary support section,and the surrounding rock deformation is better controlled.
