微米级水雾在井下巷道降尘中的应用

  • 摘要: 为改善煤矿井下的降尘效果,基于微米级水雾降尘技术原理研制了煤矿井下巷道内降尘设备,并在梁北煤矿井下采掘工作面进行了应用。对梁北煤矿11141工作面回风巷和11101掘进工作面降尘设备使用前后粉尘浓度进行测定,结果表明:11141工作面回风巷微米级水雾降尘设备除尘率达到74.3%,比普通喷淋水幕降尘率提高了34.2%;11101掘进工作面的微米级水雾降尘设备的除尘率达到84.2%,比普通喷淋水幕提高41.2%。微米级水雾降尘技术相对于普通喷淋水幕具有更好的降尘效果,可以更有效地降低煤矿井下的粉尘浓度。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the dust control effect in the underground mine, based on the principle of micron grade water spray dust suppression technology, a d ust suppression equipment applied to the underground mine roadway was designed and applied to the underground mining and exaction faces in Liangbei Mine.With th e measurement of the dust contents before and after the dust suppression equipment applied to the air returning roadway of No.11141 working face and No. 11101 headi ng face in Liangbei Mine, the results showed that in the air returning roadway of No. 11141 working face, the dust collection rate of the micron grade water spray dust su ppression equipment reached to 74.3% and it was 34.2% higher than the dust suppression rate of dust conventional water spraying curtain.In No.11101 heading face, th e dust collection rate of the micron grade water spray dust suppression equipment reached to 84.2% and it was 41.2% higher than the conventional water spraying curt ain.The micron grade water spraying dust suppression technology would have a better dust collection effect than the conventional water spraying curtain and could effe ctively reduce the dust content in the underground mine.
