大直径高预应力强力锚索在巷道加固中的应用

Application of Large Diameter High Pre-Stressed Powerful Anchor to Mine Roadway Reinforcement

  • 摘要: 为了解决某矿副井马头门反复变形破坏的问题,结合马头门工程地质资料以及变形返修情况对马头门变形破坏的机理进行了分析,得出马头门变形破坏的根本原因是原有支护阻力低的结论。利用定向钻孔技术,将马头门与泵房和变电所打通,施工大直径预应力注浆锚索束186个,极大提高了马头门与泵房、变电所之间岩柱的围压。经过45 d的不间断观测,巷道变形趋于稳定,两帮移近量为30 mm,顶板下沉量8 mm,底鼓量12 mm,加固效果良好并最终解决了马头门的变形破坏问题。实践证明:大直径高预紧力强力锚索能提供强大的支护阻力,能较为有效地提高围岩围压,保持巷道稳定。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the repeated deformation and failure problems of the ingate in the mine auxiliary shaft of a mine, the project geological information and the deformation repair conditions of the ingate were applied to the analysis on the deformation and failure mechanism of the ingate.The basic cause of the ingate defor mation and failure obtained was the conclusion of the low original support resistance. The directional drilling technology was applied to make through between the ingat e, pumping chamber and substation.There were 186 large diameter pre-stressed grouting and anchor binds applied to the construction and the surrounding pressure of the rock pillar between the ingate, pimping chamber and the substation was highly improved.With 45 days continued observations, the deformation of the mine roadway became stable, the convergence of the two sidewalls was 30 mm, the roof subsidence was 8 mm and the floor heave was 12 mm.The practices showed that the large di ameter and high pre-tension powerful anchor could provide powerful support resistance, could effectively improve the surrounding pressure of the surrounding rock and could keep the stability of the mine roadway.
