千米深井煤与瓦斯协调安全高效开采技术

Coordinative safety and high efficient coal and gas mining technology in underground coal mine with depth of 1 000 m

  • 摘要: 以平煤股份千米深井十二矿己15-31010工作面的煤与瓦斯协调安全高效开采为例,提出并实施了极薄煤层上保护层开采技术,分别进行了上覆极薄煤层己14煤层卸压瓦斯、采空区瓦斯及己15煤层本煤层瓦斯抽采。实践结果表明:将己14、己15煤层合并计算,抽采瓦斯平均纯量8.5 m3/min,风排瓦斯平均纯量4.03 m3/min,累计风排瓦斯纯量269.5万m3,累计抽采瓦斯纯量553.44万m3,瓦斯涌出量822.94万m3,瓦斯抽采率平均达到65.94%,己15-31010工作面回风流平均瓦斯体积分数0.167%。实现了千米深井突出煤层煤与瓦斯协调安全高效开采。研究成果对类似条件矿井的瓦斯治理和煤与瓦斯协调安全高效开采有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Based on a cordinative safety and high eficient coal and gas mining in Ji15-31010 coal mining faceof a mine with a depth ofl 0D m of No.12 Mine inPingsdingshan Tian an Ccal Company Limited as a cae,an upper protective mining technology of an utra thin seam was provided and implemened.Agas drinages fom the pressure released gas inJi14 seam of the upperthin seam.the gasin the goaf and thegasin J 15 mining sean were individual conducted. The prctice resulsshowed that based on the combination caculation ofJi14 and dJi15seams the average pure gas volume of the gas drainage was 8.5 m31'min,the average puregas of te ventlation gas was 4.03 m13/ min,the pure volume of the total ventilaion gas was 2695 .3 m3.the pure volume ofthe o tal as drainagegas was 5 5340 mt.the gas emission volumne was 8 223 420 m3 the gas drainage rate was 65.94% in average and the average gas olume fracion of thear reuning fiow inJ15-31010 seamwas 0.167%.A coordinative safety and high eficient coal and gas mining was realized in the outburst seam of the mine with a dephof 1 .赛 m.The study resuts oud have reference significances to the gas control and the coal and gas coordinative safety and high etficient mining under the mine with the timila conditins.
