Study and Application of Mine High Efficient Auxiliary Transportation Complete System

  • 摘要: 针对我国煤矿辅助运输方式落后、系统复杂、占用人员多、安全隐患多、效率低等问题,以新汶矿区为研究对象,通过对矿井新型排矸系统、采区辅助运输系统、掘进运输系统、大巷辅助运输系统、矿井运人系统、矿井辅助运输监控系统、矿用车辆专用化及系列化等技术的研究与应用,完善了各种复杂条件下的排矸、运送设备及物料、运人等矿井辅助运输成套系统,形成适应矿井复杂条件且与矿井运输相配套的辅助运输新型模式,消除了传统落后的辅助运输方式存在的隐患,全面提高了煤矿运输装备水平和安全可靠性。

     

    Abstract: According to a mine auxiliary transportation method backward, system complicated, many mine employees, many safety hidden troubles, low efficiency a nd other problems in China coal mine, this paper took Xinwen Mine Area as study object, with a study and application on a new mine refuse discharging system, auxiliar y transportation system in a mining block, heading and transportation system, mine roadway auxiliary transportation system, mine personnel transportation system, mon itoring and control system of the mine auxiliary transportation, mine vehicle specialization and seriation and other technologies, the refuse discharging, transportation a nd conveying equipment, as well as the material and personnel transportation, and other mine auxiliary transportation complete systems were improved under different complicated conditions. The new auxiliary transportation mode formed with suitable to the mine complicated conditions and matched with the whole mine transportation could eliminate the hidden troubles existed in the traditional backward auxiliary transportation method and could fully improve the mine transportation equipment level a nd safety reliability.
