履带式中深孔定向钻进装备设计关键技术研究

Research on key technology of the design of tracked directional drillingequipment for medium-deep borehole

  • 摘要: 基于煤矿井下中深定向钻孔施工对钻进装备窄体紧凑布局设计的需求,提出了采用分体式布局设计的履带式中深孔定向钻进装备的设计思路。结合狭窄巷道定向钻进施工条件和现有定向钻机应用中存在的不足,介绍了中深孔用定向钻进装备设计中的关键技术,包括整体布局、关键结构、液压系统和泥浆泵单元的具体设计思路。现场试验结果表明:履带式中深孔定向钻进装备的各项性能指标符合设计要求,分体式窄体布局设计显著提升了装备搬迁运输的灵活性,有效减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了中深孔定向钻进施工效率,增收节支效果明显。

     

    Abstract: According to the demand of compact layout design of deep-borehole directional drilling equipment in narrow coal mine underground space, the paper proposed the design philosophy of tracked directional medium-deep-hole drilling equipment which adopted the type of separate layout. Based on the construction condition of the directional drilling in narrow roadway and the deficiency of the application of the existing directional drilling rig, key technologies including the designs of the overall layout, main structure, hydraulic system and slurry pump unit were introduced. The results of field tests showed that all the performance of the present tracked directional medium-deep-hole drilling equipment satisfies the design request, the separate layout design makes the relocation and transportation of the equipment much more flexible, and the present equipment can reduce labor intensity, improve the efficiency of deep-hole directional drilling, and thus increase revenue and reduce expenditure significantly.
