三硬条件下孤岛工作面安全推进速度研究

Study on safety pushing forward speed of island coal mining face under hard roof and hard seam and hard floor conditions

  • 摘要: 为保证三硬条件下孤岛工作面安全高效开采,采用理论计算方法分析了工作面推进速度对冲击地压的影响机理,采用实验室试验及数值模拟试验的方法分析了不同加载速率下煤体的力学特性;数值模拟方法分析了工作面开采速度对超前应力分布的影响,其结果与理论分析结果吻合。以数值模拟得出的应力为基础,计算了巷道围岩弹性能分布情况,结果表明:三硬条件下孤岛工作面安全推进速度应小于3.6 m/d。现场微震事件结果与理论计算和数值模拟结果一致,说明工作面推进速度应小于3.6 m/d是合理的。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure a safety and high efficient mining of the island coal mining face under hard roof and hard seam and hard floor conditions, a theoretical calculation method was applied to analyze the pushing forward speed of the coal mining face affected to the mechanism of the mine pressure bump, and the lab test an d numerical simulation test method were applied to analyze the coal mechanics features under different loading speed.The numerical simulation method was applied to analyze the mining speed of the coal mining face affected to the pilot stress distribution and the results and the theoretical analysis results were well ftted.Based on the stress obtained from the numerical simulation, the elastic energy distribution condition of the surrounding rock along the gateway was calculated.The results showed th at under hard roof and hard seam and hard floor condition, the safety pushing forward speed of the island coal mining face should be less than 3.6 m/d.The site microse ismic event results were the same to the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation results, therefore, the pushing forward speed of the coal mining face should be less than 3.6 m/d rationally.
