瓦斯抽采钻孔喷孔防护装置的研制与应用

Research and Application of Borehole Extrusion Prevention Device for Borehole Drilling of Gas Drainage

  • 摘要: 针对松软且地应力较高的突出煤层中钻孔施工时,易发生钻孔喷孔,导致瓦斯超限和煤粉突出的问题,设计了一种钻孔喷孔防护装置。该装置由钻孔封孔装置、连接装置、气水分离器3部分组成,将喷出的高浓瓦斯直接抽入矿井瓦斯抽放管中,水和煤渣进入收集系统,实现气(瓦斯)、水(打钻水)、渣(煤矸渣)的有效分离。经过松藻煤矿现场试验证明,使用该装置后,平均穿煤时间增加79.1%,平均穿煤深度增加114.7%,钻场瓦斯体积分数0.15%~0.25%,远低于1%的瓦斯允许浓度。

     

    Abstract: According to the borehole extrusion occurred at the drilling operation in the soft and high ground stress outburst seam, which would cause the gas conte nt over limit and coal dust outburst problems, a borehole extrusion prevention device was designed.The protection device was consisted with the borehole sealing devic e, the connection device and the gas and water separator.The high gas in the extrusion could be directly drained with the mine gas drainage pipeline and the water and coal fines could be connected with the collection system.Thus the gas, water (drilling water) and cuttings (coal fine) could be effectively separated.The site trial in Song zao Mine showed that when the device applied, the average time of drilling through seam was increased by 79.1%, the average depth of drilling through seam was incre ased by 114.7%, the gas volume fraction at the drilling site was 0. 15%0.25% and was far below the gas allowed content of 1%.
