刮板运输系统煤流通道堵塞防控技术

Practice on prevention and control technology of coal passageblockage in scraper transportation system

  • 摘要: 为提高煤炭开采的生产效率,最大限度地发挥工作面输送设备潜在的生产能力,改善工作面设备配套的合理性,以全面提升刮板运输系统的运输效率为背景,通过国内、外同类产品刮板链速的对比,结合变频调速技术在刮板运输系统中的成功应用,系统阐述了提升刮板链速的可行性。针对刮板链速提升后,高速煤流对刮板运输系统的各个“拐点”的冲击增大的现象,结合当前中厚煤层开采中大块煤对刮板运输系统造成的危害,在总结煤流运输通道发生堵塞的规律基础上,将刮板运输系统中容易发生堵塞的位置分为过渡段、卸载口、入料口、爬坡段。基于散体煤的在刮板运输通道内的运行状态,提出了“提前阶梯式抬高大圆弧过渡”“滚筒式直驱破碎”“犁煤板超前活中板”“四连杆液压冲击破碎锤”“等高侧板链道退让式凹槽”等相关煤流通道堵塞防控技术与方案,并分别在陕西未来能源金鸡滩煤矿117工作面刮板运输装备中得到了应用。现场工业性试验表明:大块煤在进入机头架前得到了有效破碎,下链道回煤量明显减少,转载机凸槽和凹槽的中、底板及翼板的寿命相对提高,煤流在刮板运输通道内运输较为顺畅。采用上述技术方案的刮板输送系统保障了煤炭的连续、顺畅、高速运输,同时为国产刮板运输系统链速的全面提升提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the production efficiency of coal mining, maximize the potential production capacity of the working face conveyor, and improve the rationality of the supporting equipment of the working face, the transportation efficiency of the scraper transportation system was taken the overall improvement as the background and adopts similar products at home and abroad.The comparison of scraper chain speed, combined with the successful application of frequency conversion speed regulation technology in the scraper transportation system, systematically explained the feasibility of increasing the scraper chain speed.In view of the increased impact of high-speed coal flow on the “inflection points” of the scraper transportation system after the speed of the scraper chain is increased, combined with the harm caused by the large coal to the scraper transportation system in the current medium and thick coal seam mining. On the basis of summarizing the law of blockage of coal transportation channels, the positions that are prone to blockage in the scraper transportation system are divided into transition section, unloading port, feeding port, and climbing section.Based on the running state of bulk coalin the scraper transportation channel, the “advanced stepwise elevating and large arc transition”, “drum-type direct drive crushing”,“plow coal slab leading active plate” and “four-bar hydraulic impact crushing”and “contour side plate chain channel receding groove”were proposed. Other related coal flow channel blockage prevention and control technologies and solutions have been applied in the scraper transportation equipment of 117 working faces of the Jinjitan Coal Mine of Shaanxi Future Energy.The field industrial test shows that the bulk coal is effectively crushed before entering the nose frame, the amount of coal returned to the lower chain has been significantly reduced, and the service life of the middle bottom plate and the wing plate of the grooves and grooves of the transfer machine have been improved, and the coal flow is more smoothly transported in the scraper transport channel. The scraper conveying system using the above technical scheme ensures the smooth and continuous high speed transportation of coal and at the same timeit provides technical support for the overall improvement of the chain speed of the domestic scraper conveying system.
