煤矿瓦斯抽采监测准确计量技术应用

Accurate metrological technology applied to mine gas drainage monitoring and measuring

  • 摘要: 针对瓦斯抽采监测系统存在的不同监测点准确计量难题,分析了瓦斯抽采管网监测准确计量影响因素,论述了基于超声相关法流量检测的钻孔汇流管测量仪在瓦斯抽采钻场钻孔监测的技术优势,以及基于横向漫反射的瓦斯浓度检测和基于循环自激式的流量检测的管道瓦斯监测设备在瓦斯抽采管网监测的技术优势;并通过现场性能对比测试,2种设备与校准设备的瓦斯体积分数、流量误差均小于5%,进一步验证用于瓦斯抽采监测准确计量的可行性。

     

    Abstract: According to an accurate metrological difiut problem of ifferent measuring point existed in the mine gas drainage monioring and measuring system.the paper analyzed inflence factors ofgas rainage pipe network monitorng.the paper stated the technical advantages of the borehole manifod measuring instrument apied to the borehole montoring and measuring of the gas drainage d ling site based on the flow detection of th utrasound related method, and analjzed the technical advantages of the pipeline gas monitoring and measuring equpment appied to the monitoring and measuing of the gas drainage poeie netwrk based on the latral difuse refe ction gas concentration detecion and based on the circulated sel-excied fiow detection.With the comparison measurement ofthe steperormances,thegas concentration and fiow error between the two equipments and caliration equipments was al lasthan 5% and could further approve thefeastilty apelie to the accurate metrology of the gas drainage monitoring and measuring.
