Study and challenges on cyber-physical system of mine engineering

  • 摘要: 针对现有矿山工程信息系统缺乏安全生产相关运行模式的系统性设计,梳理分析了当前监测监控、工业总线、无线通信、生产控制和物联网等矿山信息技术领域存在的问题,从信息物理系统的角度,阐述了矿山工程信息物理系统(Mine Cyber-Physical Systems,MCPS)体系结构及主要问题;将矿山生产活动过程从单一设备、单一系统运行状态控制上升到全系统过程协同,提出多源信息感知、时空信息融合交互、异构网络统一传输、协同控制和工程标准化等MCPS技术挑战,构建“深度嵌入、泛在互联、智能感知和交互协同”的矿山工程信息物理系统。

     

    Abstract: According to the available mine engineering information system lacked a system design of the safety production related operation mode, a carding analysis was conducted on the present monitoring and control, industrial bus, wireless communication, production control and internet of things as well as other problems existed in the mine information technology. From a view of the cyber-physical system, the paper stated the system structure and main problems of the mine cyber-physical system(MCPS). A mine production activity process was upgraded from a single equipment and single system operation state control to full system process coordination. The paper provided the multi-source information perception, space-time information integration and interaction, unified transmission of the heterogeneous network, coordinated control and engineering standardization as well as the MCPS technology challenges. A mine engineering cyber-physical system with "the deep embedded, ubiquitous internet, intelligent perception and interactive collaboration" was established.
