Grouting Reinforcement Support Technology of Soft and Weak Coal Sides in Large Section Roadway

  • 摘要: 为解决曙光煤矿轨道巷矿压显现剧烈、巷道变形严重等问题,通过优化合理的注浆参数,采用深、浅孔注浆与锚索联合方式对巷道软弱煤帮进行加固支护,对巷道稳定性进行了研究。研究结果表明:软弱煤帮注浆加固支护使巷道原来破碎的围岩形成一个整体,提高了围岩其自承载能力,减轻了巷道顶板承载压力;采用深浅孔相结合的注浆方式对浅部巷道围岩实现封闭,使锚索能在深部围岩产生了有效的拉力;采用对两帮注浆加固方式的巷道两帮移近量较一帮注浆方式降低约50%,较巷道原有支护方式,降低约85%,巷道围岩整体变形得到了有效控制。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of serious strata behaviors and deformation of roadway in Shuguang Mine, the paper studied the stability of roadway by optim izing grouting parameters and used the combined support of anchor cable and grouting with deep and shallow holes to support weak coal sides of roadway. The results showed that grouting reinforcement in weak coal sides could promote the broken surrounding rock to form a whole structure, and improve the self- bearing capacity and reduce the bearing pressure of roadway roof. The grouting combined with deep and shallow holes could close the shallow surrounding rock and form effective tension p oint of anchor cable in deep surrounding rock. The roadway deformation of grouting in two sides decreased about 50% compared with grouting in one side and decreas ed about 85% compared with original support method. It could control the global deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
