高硬度水对煤泥浮选效果的影响

High hardness water affected to slime floatation effect

  • 摘要: 为了研究不同水(去离子水、自来水、选煤厂补加清水、选煤厂循环水)硬度对煤泥浮选效果的影响,利用Powereach JC 2000D1接触角测量仪、JS94型微电泳仪等分析了煤泥在不同硬度水介质中的润湿接触角及ζ-电位变化,并开展了分步释放浮选对比试验。结果表明:生产实践中的浮选用水的硬度差异非常大,随着浮选用水硬度的增大,煤泥颗粒表面的—OH含量增加、润湿性增强、疏水性降低,使煤泥颗粒的接触角减小;水硬度的升高会压缩煤粒周围双电层,使颗粒在水中的ζ-电位降低,气泡与煤颗粒间的水化层易于破裂,煤颗粒与气泡接触的难度降低。在相同条件下,采用较高硬度的水调浆时所获得的精矿产率、可燃体回收率均高于使用较低硬度的水。
