深部远距离煤层群卸压主控因素及首采层优选方法研究

Study on main control factors of pressure relief of deep and long distance coal seam group and optimization method of initial mining

  • 摘要: 为了选取合理的深部远距离煤层群首采保护层,进行了煤层群开采卸压主控因素正交模拟研究,构建了有效卸压的主控因素耦合关系,提出了深部远距离煤层群首采保护层优选方法并开展了工程应用研究,考察了首采层开采对邻近层的卸压保护效果,检验了保护区卸压瓦斯抽采区域防突措施效果,评价了深部远距离煤层群首采保护层优选方法合理性。结果表明:在不考虑煤层群层间厚层坚硬岩层的情况下,远距离煤层群下保护层开采对上覆邻近层的卸压效果影响的关键主控因素为保护层采高、煤层层间距,上保护层开采对下伏邻近层的卸压效果影响的关键主控因素为煤层层间距;常规采高条件下(采高≮10 m),深部远距离煤层群只能选择下保护层开采模式,层间距必须在《防治煤与瓦斯突出细则》要求的最大保护层垂距范围内,且达到不破坏上被保护层的最小理论层间距,同时保护层采高应达到最小保护层厚度要求;朱集西矿远距离煤层群13-1、11-2、8煤层应当选择11-2煤层作为首采保护层,其开采对上覆13-1煤层能够形成有效卸压保护、对下伏8煤层不能形成有效卸压保护,有效卸压保护范围内13-1煤层采用地面井结合井下钻孔进行卸压瓦斯抽采能够实现区域防突措施有效;基于关键主控因素的深部远距离煤层群首采保护层优选方法合理,以此形成的深部远距离煤层群井上井下联合抽采防突技术可靠。

     

    Abstract: In order to select a reasonable protective layer for the first mining of deep and long-distance coal seams,the simulation research on the main control factors of pressure relief in coal seam group mining is carried out,the coupling relationship of main control factors for effective pressure relief is established,the optimization method for the first mining protective layer of deep and long-distance coal seam group is proposed and the engineering application research is carried out based on the existing regulations and standards for the selection of protective layer,the pressure relief protection effect of the first mining layer on the adjacent layer is investigated,the effect of outburst prevention measures in the area of pressure relief gas drainage in the protection area is tested,and the rationality of the optimization method for the first mining protective layer of deep and long-distance coal seams is evaluated. The results show that:without considering the thick and hard strata between coal seams,the key factors that influence the pressure relief effect of the overlying adjacent layer were the mining height of the protective layer and the distance between the coal seams,and The key control factor of the influence of the mining of the upper protective layer on the pressure relief effect of the underlying adjacent layer was the seam spacing. Only the mining mode of lower protective layer could be selected for deep and long-distance coal seam group,the layer spacing must be within the maximum vertical distance of protective layer required by the detailed rules for prevention and control of coal and gas outburst,and reached the minimum theoretical layer spacing without damaging the upper protected layer,the mining height of the protective layer should meet the requirements of the minimum thickness of the protective layer. No.11-2 Coal Seam should be selected as the first mining protective layer for No.13-1,No.11-2 and No.8 coal seams in the remote coal seam group of Zhujixi mine,which mining could form effective pressure relief protection for No.13-1 coal seam overlying,and cannot form effective pressure relief protection for 8 coal seam underlying,and the regional outburst prevention measures can be effectively realized by using the surface well combined with the underground drilling for pressure relief gas drainage in the No.13-1 coal seam within the effective pressure relief protection range. Optimization method of first mining protective layer of deep and long distance coal seam group based on key controlling factors was reasonable,and the technology of outburst prevention by the combination of up and down extraction in deep and long distance coal seam group was reliable.
