基于显微CT巷道围岩孔隙结构试验研究

Experiment Study on Pore Structure of Surrounding Rock Along Mine Roadway Based on Microscopy

  • 摘要: 矿井巷道围岩的孔隙结构是影响巷道围岩稳定性的一个重要地质因素,在对山西煤炭运销集团所属矿井巷道围岩稳定性控制调研的基础上,以常见的炭质泥岩、砂质泥岩、细砂岩、粉砂岩、中砂岩、K2石灰岩作为研究对象,对其进行了显微CT无损伤探测,采用Matlab软件对岩样的显微CT图像进行了数字图像处理和三维重构,并对其孔隙孔径和孔隙率等孔隙结构参数进行了研究。结果表明:显微CT为研究巷道围岩的孔隙结构提供了一种新方法,孔隙孔径在1.47~11.76μm时,巷道围岩的孔隙率随着孔隙孔径的增加呈负指数规律减少。

     

    Abstract: The pore structure of the surrounding rock along the mineroadway would be an important factor affected to the stability of the surrounding rock along the mine roadway.Based on the investigation on the stability control of the surrounding rock along the mine roadway in Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group, taking the conventional carbonaceous mudstone, sandy mudstone, fine sandstone, medium sandstone and K2 limestone as the study object, a microscope CT non-destructive detection was conducted, the Matlab language was applied to the digital image processing and 3D reconstruction on the microscope CT image of the rock samples and a study was conducted on the pore size, pore rate and other pore structure parameters. The results showed that based on the microscope CT, a new method was provid ed to study the pore structure of the surrounding along the mine roadway.The pore size was ranging from 1.47-11.76 μm and the pore rate of the surrounding rock along the mine roadway would be reduced in a minus index law with the pore size increased.
