Abstract: Due to the issue and practices of the new version Coal Mine Safety Regulations after the issue of the full revision,the new regulations would have the im portant influences and would play an important role in the safety production of China coal mine.The paper expounded the historical evolution of the Coal Mine Safety R egulations and the basic principles of the revision and the integrated condition of the revision.The paper stressed the analysis on the new version regulations to the maj or adjustment of the technical equipment and the major stipulations of the emergency rescue in order to deepen the learning understanding stipulated in the new regulat ions.
