煤层气排采中煤粉产出量动态变化及影响因素

Coal Powder Output Dynamic Variation and Influence Factors During Coalbed Methane Drainage

  • 摘要: 为了解煤层气排采过程中煤粉产出动态变化规律,对沁水盆地南部投产后的煤层气井不同排采阶段煤粉产出量进行记录和统计,分析了煤粉产出影响因素,并通过实例研究了煤粉产出量动态变化与产气量的关系。结果表明:产水阶段和产水产气两相流阶段是最易产出煤粉的阶段,其中产水产气两相流阶段煤粉产出量总体较高,且煤粉产出明显不稳定、不连续。导流裂缝发育特征、储层构造软煤带发育特征及其与导流裂缝的配置关系,地层流体携粉作用以及排采工作制度是影响煤粉产出量变化的主要因素。最后,提出了加强煤储层地质研究,避开原生煤粉源,研制便携式煤粉产出定量测定装置,制定煤粉预警措施,以及合理优化排采工作制度以减少煤粉对煤层气排采的危害。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out dynamic variation law of coal powder output during coalbed methane drainage, the coal powder output was recorded and counted dur ing the drainage of coalbed mathane in the south of Qinshui Basin. In addition, the influence factors of coal powder output were analyzed, and the relationship between coal powder output and gas production was studied based on cases. The results showed that water drainage stage and gas-water two-phase stage were the most likely coal powder output stage, of which the coal powder output during gas-water two-phase stage was generally high, and instability and discontinuous were main variation characteristic. The main influence factors on coal powder output were the characteristics of fractures, configuration relations between tectonic soft coal areas and fractu res, carrying coal powder capacity of formation fluid, as well as drainage system. It was benefit to decrease coal powder to damage the coalbed mathane drainage whe n strengthening coal reservoir geological study, avoiding primary coal powder, developing the portable detector to test coal powder content, formulating coal powder pre -warning measures, and optimizing drainage working system.
