Research Progress of Coal Catalytic Pyrolysis Technology

  • 摘要: 基于低温热解以及催化热解方式可以实现低阶煤的高效利用,阐述了用于煤催化热解的催化剂种类及其催化机理;总结了催化热解应用研究过程中催化剂的选择依据;根据催化剂在煤中分散程度和负载方式不同,介绍了目前煤催化热解工艺中ICHP工艺、多段加氢热工艺、流化床热解工艺、逆流式煤催化热解工艺的特点。最后根据煤热解以及催化热解的特点,提出催化热解的研究重点在于煤分级转化技术的过程调控原理和催化剂定向制备原理。

     

    Abstract: Due to the low temperature pyrolysis and the catalytic pyrolysis method could have a high efficient utilization of the low rank coal,the paper stated the ty pe of the catalysts applied to the coal catalytic pyrolysis and the catalytic mechanism.The paper summarized the selection basis of the catalysts in the applied study pro cess of the catalytic pyrolysis.According to the dispersion degree of the catalyst in coal and the different loading mode,the paper introduced the features of the ICHP tec hnique,multi stage hydrogenation heating process,fluidized bed pyrolysis technique,adverse flow type coal catalytic pyrolysis technique in the present catalytic pyrolysis technique.Finally according to the coal pyrolysis and catalytic pyrolysis features,the study key of the coal catalytic pyrolysis should be the process adjustment principle of the coal grading conversion technology and the directional preparation principle of the catalyst.
