响应面法优化超净煤制备中絮团的生成条件

Optimization of production conditions of flocculation in ultra clean coal preparation process by

  • 摘要: 为了研究超净煤制备工艺中各影响因素对絮团品质的影响,利用响应面法对影响絮团生产条件的各因素进行了分析和优化。在单因素试验的基础上,选取搅拌时间、搅拌速度、药剂用量进行了三因素三水平的中心组合试验,使用Expert Design软件进行分析计算,建立了以上3个因素对超净煤产率和灰分综合影响的数学模型。通过响应面法提取条件进行优化,确立了超净煤制备过程中絮团生成的最优条件,试验结果表明,各因素对产率和灰分的影响顺序如下:药剂用量>搅拌时间>搅拌速度。所得最佳工艺条件为:搅拌时间26 min,搅拌速度2 000 r/min,药剂用量0.51 m L。在此条件下预测超净煤产率为84.71%,灰分为0.82%,实测产率为84.51%,灰分为0.83%。

     

    Abstract: in order to study the effect of various factors on the quality ofoculation in utra clean coal preparation process the response surface method( RSM ) was adopted to analyze and optimize those factors.Based on single facortests the mathematical modelof thee facos(stiring tinm ,stiring speed and dosage of agen)affected to yield and ash of ultra clean coal was built y three factors and three lsvels center combination experiment and Design Expet sofivare .The optimum produ:tion conditons offocculation was obtained byusing RSM to exrat and optimize the data caculated by the mathemacal mode.T he results showed that eff ct order ofactors on yield and ash was from lage to small as follws dosage of agen .tirin time tiring sped.The optimum technical conditons of he foculation preparationwere tiring time 2s min stiring speed 2 0o i min.dosage of agent .51 m L. Under these co dtons expected yield was 84.71%.ash was 0.82%acual eld was 3451%,ash was 0.83%.
