瓦斯抽采降压过程中温度对煤变形及渗透率的影响

Temperature affected to coal deformation and permeability in gas drainage during pressure declining process

  • 摘要: 以重庆松藻煤矿K2煤层为研究对象,利用自行研制的含瓦斯煤热流固耦合三轴伺服渗流试验装置,进行了不同温度条件下含瓦斯煤在气体压力降低过程中的渗流试验,分析了抽采降压过程中温度对含瓦斯煤变形及渗透率的影响。结果表明:在气体压力降低过程中,轴向应变随温度升高先略有减小后逐渐增大,径向应变随温度升高逐渐往负值方向发展;各温度条件下,含瓦斯煤渗透率随气体压力降低均呈现先减小后增大的趋势;在抽采降压过程中,煤样渗透率随温度的变化与应变随温度的变化具有对应关系。

     

    Abstract: Taking K2 seam in Chongqing Songzao Mine as a study object,a self-developed gas content coal thermo-fluid-solid coupling triaxial servo seepage test devi ce was applied to the seepage test of the gas content coal in the gas pressure declining process under the condition of different temperature and to analyze the temperatur e in the drainage pressure declining process affected to the gas content coal specimen deformation and permeability.The results showed that during the gas pressure decli ning process,the axial strain would be decreased firstly with the temperature increased and then would be steadily increased and the radial strain would be steadily develo ped forward to the negative value direction with the temperature increased.Under each temperature condition,the permeability of the gas content coal would be decreased f irstly with the gas pressure reduced and then would be in an increasing tendency. During the drainage pressure declining process,the permeability of the coal sample with t he variation of the temperature,would have a relevant relationship to the strain with the temperature varied.
