西山煤田区域瓦斯抽采深孔定向钻进技术

Deep Hole Directional Drilling Technology for Regional Gas Drainage in Xishan Coalfield

  • 摘要: 在对西山煤田地质条件和瓦斯抽采理论依据进行分析的基础上,采用深孔定向钻进技术打设顺层钻孔和高位顶板裂隙带钻孔的区域瓦斯抽采综合技术,并对5个高瓦斯矿井进行了定向钻孔的参数设计和施工。采用顺层钻孔区域瓦斯预抽的3个矿井,抽采量均值稳定在1.0~1.5 m3/min,在规定预抽时间内,残余瓦斯含量低于7 m3/t;采用高位顶板裂隙带瓦斯抽采的2个矿井,高位孔的平均瓦斯抽采体积分数为30%~50%,当回采工作面推进距离大于极限垮落步距后,回风巷瓦斯体积分数稳定,均低于临界值0.5%。

     

    Abstract: Geological characteristics of Xishan Calfield and theory of gas drainage were analyzed systematically. Based on deep hole directional drilling technolog y, methods for holes drilling along seam and high-roof fractured zone of regional gas drainage were proposed and applied in Xishan Coalfield, and drilling parameters d esign of five high gassy mines in Xishan Coalfield were adopted. By using holes drilling along Seam of regional gas drainage in three mines, the gas drainage mean val ue was about 1. 0 m3/ min to 1. 5 m3/ min, and gas remainder quantity was less than 7 m3/ t within the required pre-drainage time, using high-roof fractured zone of re gional gas drainage in2 mines, the average concentration of gas drainage of high-roof holes were about 30% to 50%, and the gas concentration of return airway were le ss than critical value 0. 5%, as the impelling quantity of working face was more than the limit of caving span.
