煤矿区大直径垂直定向孔快速钻进关键技术与装备
Key technology and equipment of rapid drilling for large diameter vertical directional borehole in mine area

摘要: 为了满足大直径垂直定向孔准确中靶、快速钻进和安全透巷等的基本施工要求,首先需解决煤矿区地层结构、水文地质复杂条件下硬岩施工中存在的问题,研究了导向孔优快钻进、集束式潜孔锤反循环钻进以及安全透巷施工等关键技术,研发了ZMK5530TZJ60(A)车载钻机、抗震型EM-MWD电磁波随钻测量系统、大直径集束式反循环潜孔锤及配套装备。依托多个工程项目进行现场试验,结果表明:ZMK5530TZJ60(A)车载钻机满足大直径潜孔锤反循环钻进施工要求;抗震型EM-MWD电磁波测斜仪的减震措施合理,达到了同空气潜孔锤配合使用的要求;大直径集束式反循环潜孔锤硬岩扩孔钻进效率提高了2~3倍。试验结果表明,该套煤矿区大直径垂直定向孔快速钻进关键技术与装备取得良好效果。Abstract: in order to meet an accurate target hiting of the lage diameter verical irectional borehole,rapid driling safety passed through mine roadway and otherbasic constuction requiremens frstiyproblemsexisted in the hard rock construction under the stata structure and the compliated condtion of the hydrogeology wassowved inthecoal mine area,the paper ad a study on the optimized and raid dillng of the pilot hoe reverse ciculaton ilig of the cluster down hole hammer.saietypssed though mine roadway constucion and othrkey technogy and had a research and development on ZMK5530TZJ6O0( A)truck-mounted dlling rig seismic proof EiM-MWD elecromagnetic wave measuring sysem wile rlling lage diameter custer reverse circulation down hole hammer and the matching equipment. Depended on the site experiments on several engineering projects the results showed that the ZMK530TZJ6C0( A ruck-mouned driling rg could mest the constuction requirements of the large diameter down hole hammer revere circulation driling.The seis mic reducton measures of the seismic roof type E去M-4WD elecromagnetic wave inclinomefer were rational and could reach the reqxuirements to be aplid with the pneunmatic down hole hammer The hard rock remaining rling eficiency of the lage diameter custer reverse circulation down hole hamner could be increased by 2 ~ 3 times. Experinent showed tht the excelle t efiect was obtained by the completed key technology and equipment of the large diameter vertical directional rapid drilling in the mine area.
