顶喷粉煤气化炉流场特性模拟分析及应用

Analysis and application on flow field characteristic simulation on gasifier with top-blown pulverized coal

  • 摘要: 基于气化反应的机理以及计算机仿真模拟计算技术,采用顶喷粉煤加压气化炉冷态和热态反应的数学模型,分析冷态条件下煤粉颗粒流的运行轨迹、热态条件下气化炉流场结构特点以及对壁面传热和挂渣的影响规律,提出了顶喷加压气化炉流场分区结构理论,并将理论与实炉运行相结合,相互验证。研究结果表明:冷态条件下连续相与颗粒相之间存在动量的传递,氧气的旋转带动煤粉颗粒的旋转运动,但在气化炉不同区域流场结构存在很大差异;中部区域湍流混合效果最好,也是热化学反应进行最彻底的区域,气化炉拱顶区域为弱湍流区域,温度较低,与之对应的渣层分布也呈现蓬松、起伏不平的特点。实炉运行结果显示,新型组合式烧嘴运行时,合成气有效气成分提高了2%,气化生成的渣粒细小且均匀。

     

    Abstract: Based on the gasified reaction mechanism and computer emulated sinulation and calculation tfechnology .acold state and hotstate reacion mathematcsmodel of the pressurized gasifer with the tog-blown pulverized coal was applied to analyze the opertion racks of the pulverized coal paticlefiow under the cod stat.the fiow field structure features of the gasifier under the co dition of the hot state and the infuence law of the wall heat transfer and slagging A fow feld partion stoucture theory of the top blown pulverized coal pressurized gasifir was proided.The theor and actual gastfier operation were combined to a mutual rfcaion.Thestusy results showed that under the condition of cold state,there was a momentum ransfer existed between the continuous phase and particle phase the oxygen rotation could drive the rotary movement ofthe pulverized coal paricles and there was grea ifference exsted in fovw rield structure of th diferent area of g asifer.n the midlearea.the turbulence mixed efiect was the best and also would be the area of thorough heat chemical reacion.The ach areaofgasfer vas the weak turbulence area.te temperature was low and the slag layer distribution would bein sof and uneven distributedfeatures.The operation resulis of the gasifer showed hat during the opeation of new combined burner,the effective gas content of syngas was improved by 2% and the slag paticles from the gasification would be fine and even.
